I have been disqualified from a survey after spending a lot of time on it. Why?

Some surveys require a very specific set of respondents, so in order to identify if the respondent qualifies for that specific profile, sometimes surveys needs to ask for several questions which could take more minutes than usual. Then, if the respondent doesn´t fit to those specs, unfortunately, he´s disqualify from the survey.

We understand that you may not qualify for every survey you take, but if you feel that you have spent too much time on a survey and then you were disqualified, please let us know by sending a ticket.  Depending on the survey specs, we will check with our Survey Team to see if It´s possible to modify it so that any qualifying questions are asked within the first few minutes of the survey.
