I am having problems with accessing my survey

Have you already tried to enter the survey from another browser or by deleting the cookies of your current browser before starting the survey?

If you are having trouble accessing your survey from your email invitation, please, try copying the entire survey link and paste it all into a new browser.

If none of this works, try a last alternative: when you click on the Take Survey button, right-click on your mouse and select the option "Open a link in new private browsing window" using Chrome as your browser.

If the error continues, please, contact our Support Team here and send us a screenshot where we can see the survey error and the survey link on your browser so we can identify what happens.
